Esen – Mindfulness Meditation

Esen is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher qualified by the Centre for Mindfulness in the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where the original 8-week MBSR programme was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

She decided to become an MBSR teacher after experiencing highly positive effects of practicing mindfulness in radically diminishing her chronic pain which she suffered from since she was seventeen.

Esen has profound experience in teaching mindfulness in personal, group and corporate environments. Before moving to the UK from Denmark, she managed a psychology clinic for six years where she also offered mindfulness classes and training programmes to companies, institutions and individuals. She has also appeared in international conferences as a public speaker since 2002. She continues to offer her services in London and internationally, promoting employee wellness.
