As well as being the founder of Wild Awake Mindfulness where she delivers training and coaching for businesses, communities and individuals- often in nature, she is also a freelance trainer for Manchester Mind delivering mental health, mindfulness and resilience training. Claire also works part time for Mind in Salford and co-delivers the Practitioner Training Programme, a 12 month training pathway recognised by BAMBA, training and supervising practitioners to become mindfulness teachers.
Claire came into contact with meditation over 10 years ago after a period of depression and anxiety, she signed up for an introduction class at the Manchester Buddhist Centre and has now been invited for ordination into the Buddhist Order. She cares deeply about the well-being of people, animals and the planet and loves teaching mindfulness because she sees people change before her eyes into calmer, happier, more compassionate and connected beings.
