Mindfulness meditation is available in the following formats: Meditation classes, workshops, talks and courses.

Class – This style of delivery has a maximum number of people and is designed to guide participants through a mindfulness meditation. It is one way with discussion at the end and is meant as an intimate experience.

Workshop – This has a maximum number of people and is interactive throughout the session. The setting is more personalised and has more engagement from the audience.

Course – This is designed to have the maximum impact on your team. Like the workshop, it has a maximum number of people. This will involve weekly sessions in office and/or zoom, homework for participants and will imbed long lasting positive changes and habits.

Talk – This has no maximum number of people and is designed to be a one way delivery with some questions at the end. Typically this could be described as a conference style delivery and is shorter in duration than a workshop.

Introduction to mindfulness meditation

A great way to understand the background of mindfulness meditation and what it can achieve for the mind and body. This practical talk will teach your team why mindfulness mediation works and how it benefits everyone that practices it. The session includes body scanning, discussion on thinking patterns and team members are asked to choose a task that they can practice to become more mindful.

Wellbeing in your office

Mindfulness meditation for stress and anxiety

Mindfulness meditation is such a great way of dealing with stress and anxiety. This session brings focus and understanding to such issues and really explains how mindful meditation helps. The session includes body scanning, meditations and an understanding of stress symptoms. Team members are asked to choose a task that they can practice to become more mindful and will leave with meditations to practice.

Guided Meditation - Wellbeing in Your Office

Guided meditation

For those that have an understanding of meditation or have completed the Introduction to Mindful Meditation. This session guides your team through either secular or non secular meditations, poetry or meditation mantras. It is best taken on a regular basis to develop a team’s meditation to deeper levels which will promote focus and stress reduction.

  • Duration: 30mins (minimum 2 sessions*30mins)

8-Week-Meditation-Course-Wellbeing-in-Your-Office

Mindfulness meditation 8 week programme

The 8 week programme is a proven method of helping focus, positivity, productivity and also anxiety, stress and eating disorders. It offers a great way to implement mindfulness into your team. 1 session per week with homework will ensure that the practice of mindfulness becomes a habit. Team members are encouraged to journal their daily activity and awareness and also join in a private social media group to share their journey, encouragement and challenges.

  • Duration: 8* 2 hour sessions, plus an optional half day ‘retreat’ day
