Starting his career as a sports coach, John has a lifetime of experience in training and coaching. After completing his psychology degree with the Open University in 2016, John has been working increasingly in the field of psychology and the areas of mental health and well-being.
As a professional, Registered Hypnotherapist in Mel was a senior lecturer in Nutrition and Applied Physiology for over 22 years. Mel is a highly experienced nutrition consultant, appearing on National Radio and TV.
Nutritionist Jenna Hope is registered with the Association for Nutrition. She works closely with individuals, brands, companies and the media to help them implement smarter strategies for Nutrition.
Milena is a Corporate Art Therapist, Life Coach, and HR Consultant.
Her qualifications include a degree in Economics, a master’s in Human Resources Management, a master’s in Strategic Counselling, as well as a 3-year Art Therapy Certification from Artedo School, Italy.
