Mel has worked in wellbeing and health education for over thirteen years, delivering projects in the workplace, schools, health clubs and the community.
She worked in partnership with Bangor University on successful behaviour change programmes, helping people take positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
Mel previously worked with Jamie Oliver’s healthy school meals initiative, The School Food Trust and Tesco’s Eat Happy Project, teaching children and adults how to plan and cook healthy meals from scratch. Mel’s focus is on helping others take simple, positive steps to improve their health and wellbeing, without quick fix fads. She is also a trained yoga teacher and has been running yoga classes, workshops and retreats for the past 6 years, incorporating seasonal yoga, dietary advice and positive lifestyle changes.
