Ayurvedic principled wellbeing
Ayurveda is a science of healing and balancing based on 2000 years old scriptures written in Sanskrit language which is still practiced in many parts of India. It has been popularised in the UK in the last 10 years by Jasmine Hemsley, Wellbeing Expert and Chef. Her amazing recipe books are based on the Ayurvedic principles.
The science is based on the concept that the same basic elements that create everything in nature, dynamically combine to control all processes within human anatomy as well as physiology. These dynamic bio-energies are grouped into three – vata, pitta and kapha, or collectively known as the tri-doshas. Each human being is born with a unique combination of doshas, and this natural balance is responsible for physical, mental and emotional differences among person to person. By identifying and maintaining individual balance, Ayurveda helps each person create his or her own state of ideal health.

Our Ayurvedic Doctors provide fascinating talks on the subject with practical advice. The sessions are available in group or 1-2-1. Participants will gain an understanding about their specific Dosha, emotional wellbeing and diet to suit their respective Doshas.
