Massage
Massage has been used for 1000’s of years to reduce stress and relax. Today, the common application of Swedish massage is used to reduce muscle tension and reduce stress. Tension born from mental stress can reside in muscles. Also, muscular stress born from simply typing for too long or in an improper posture can result in serious pain. This then causes mental stress, depression and sick leave from work. The cycle can become ever increasing.
