Mental Health First Aid

First Aid for Mental Health

Recognising the signs of mental health issues

It is important to first understand that anyone can be affected by a mental health issue at any time. The important bit is recognising the signs and then carefully approaching the issue by starting a conversation. This takes some skill and we have training courses that can help.

Nearly two-fifths of UK businesses (37%) have seen an increase in stress-related absence over the last year.
