In this post we have included the main Wellbeing dates 2023. The Wellbeing Calendar 2023 aims to give you not only the dates so that you can plan your well-being activity around them but also some ideas on what to do for your teams. We also have an excel spreadsheet we can share with all the dates and wellbeing days included so you can use it as a working document. January: Veganuary
